How do I pay for my Order?
Roots Rwanda has different modes of payment for now,Cash,MTN Momo pay,Airtel Mobile money pay, POS payment On Delivery. For products above 200,000 Rwf you have to pay half of price before delivery and balance on delivery. If any changes made regarding payment we will notice on the website.
When do I receive the product after placing order?
As long as u place an order, Delivery in Areas of Kigali is between 3hrs to 48hrs.Delivery outside Kigali is between 2 Days to 6 Days. And overseas products will be delivered within 7 Days.
Is there any delivery charges outside Kigali.
Yes Delivery charges outside Kigali, depends on the area and the Product size, it will be informed in advance to customer and confirmed.
Do you deliver Products outside Rwanda.
